Julienne K. Smith has been active in the real estate field since 1979.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a B.B.A. degree in Finance.  After a successful tenure with a local Century 21 affiliate, she formed her own company, Property World-Smith Realty in 1985.

During these years, she has sold residential and commercial real estate throughout the metropolitan Milwaukee area.  She has listed and sold condominiums, duplexes, bungalows, starter homes, apartment buildings, mobile home parks and hundreds of suburban homes.

Presently, she has almost completed the curriculum requirements of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute of the National Association of Realtors.  This leads to the very prestigious C.C.I.M. (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.  This designation is held by very few brokers in the State of Wisconsin and, for that matter, even nationally.  She also is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Association of Realtors, Sarasota Association of Realtors and the Commercial Association of Realtors.

In 2001 she obtained her Florida real estate brokers license, established a Florida office for Property World-Smith Realty, and obtained her Florida mortgage brokers license.

In 2002 she supervised construction of a second home in rapidly-appreciating Lakewood Ranch, one of America’s premier master-planned communities, located between Sarasota and Bradenton.  She is available to consult with any out-of-state residents looking to purchase any type of real estate, whether retirement home, vacation property or investment property,  in this explosive growth area.
